Glass Test Tubes with Flat Bottom

Compared with glass test tubes other ordinary glass test tubes, glass test tubes with flat bottom has the following features:

1. Flat-bottomed test tubes are more stable when placed so that they can be used to compare liquid volumes.
2. Flat-bottomed reaction tubes are generally used for reactions at room temperature or with only slight heating. Usually, ordinary glass (not high borosilicate) is used for such tubes, which saves costs. Generally, we can use regular glass.
3. Most colorimetric tubes are flat-bottomed. Use multiple flat-bottom glass test tubes with plugs to fill the same colored substance (such as o-phenanthroline-iron) with solutions of different known concentrations to form a standard color system. Then compare the sample solution to its color to quickly determine the approximate content of the substance to be tested in the sample.
