1. Prepare the gavage needle and hold the mouse so that its head, neck and body are in line. The action of grasping the mouse is very simple. The little finger and ring finger of the left hand grasp the mouse's tail, and the other three fingers grasp the mouse's neck. Because the mouse is always active. If the feeling of grasping at one time is not very smooth, let go and grasp again. Don't force the next operation.

2. After grasping the mice, they can be gavaged. Generally, 1ml syringe is used with gavage needle. The gavage needle enters from the corner of the mouse's mouth, presses the tongue against the upper jaw, and gently pushes inward. After entering the esophagus, there will be a sense of puncture empty. After entering the esophagus, you can push and inject the liquid medicine. (the so-called gavage means that it is unnecessary for the gavage needle to enter the stomach of mice. After entering the esophagus, the medicine can be pushed. In this way, the damage to the esophagus of mice should be reduced, especially in the case of long-term gavage)

3. The gavage volume is generally 0.1 ~ 0.2ml/10g, with a maximum of 0.35ml/10g. The maximum gavage volume of each mouse shall not exceed 0.8ml.
