Plastic Lab Trays

Application:For large or small laboratories, chemical factories or hospitals to place reagent bottles, waste liquid barrels or leaky articles.
Total there are 2 kinds of plastic lab trays:1.polypropylene(PP,left side of the picture) 2.polyvinyl chloride(PVC,right side of the picture)
The tray made of polypropylene has light weight and good heat resistance. It can be disinfected and sterilized above 100 ° C. It will not deform even at 150 ° C without external force. The chemical stability is very good. Except for concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it has high stability to other chemical reagents.
While if the tray made of PVC ,we recommend long-term service temperature of PVC trays should not exceed 55 ℃.PVC can withstand any concentration of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid below 90%, nitric acid below 50-60% and caustic soda solution below 20% at room temperature, and has good chemical corrosion resistance,so for such agents,we recommend to use PVC trays.
