Illumination Incubator
The digital display illumination incubator is also called a light incubator or plant growth incubator. It is widely used in microbial tissue and cell culture, seed germination, seedling-raising test, plant cultivation, insect and small animal feeding, etc. It can accurately simulate different environmental and climatic conditions.
Our illumination incubator has an ultra-mild sensor abnormal protection function, which guarantees the inner sample safety. Also, it has power failure memory and an automatic compensation function. The constant temperature control system has the advantage of fast response and high-temperature control accuracy.
Product Features of the Illumination Incubator:
1. Intelligence LCD control panel: easy operation and accurate temperature and humidity control. It has the following three functions:
(1). Power failure memory and automatic compensation function.
(2). Programmable multi-stage control mode function, we can set all the temperatures, humidity, illumination, and timing at any time.
(3). Power failure alarm, probe error alarm, and over temperature alarm, so it is safe for operators and samples; such design can protect the instrument itself.
(4). PID control method, low-temperature fluctuation, programmable controller, the user can preset 15 programmable segments, and each program has 30 steps. Each segment scope from 1- 99 hours 59 minutes.
2. Inner mirror stainless steel 304, excellent corrosion resistance and nice looking.
3. Bottom vent hole design, effective heat dissipation and can make longer service life for the illumination incubator.
4. Inner circulation fan design: this can make the inner temperature more uniform.
5. Stainless steel 304 shelves have very good load capacity and corrosion resistance.
6. The refrigeration system adopts an enclosed compressor, low noise, and a good refrigeration effect.
7. 3-side illumination light source makes sure the light is very uniform and enough.
8. LED illumination light, long life span. The illumination degree can be adjusted.

How to choose an illumination degree:
According to our experience, if seed germination culture, we should choose 3500Lx, Seedling growth culture, we should select 7500Lx or higher illumination. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to describe your specification, and our engineer can recommend a suitable illumination degree.

How to use the illumination incubator?
1. Connect to a power supply and power on the machine. The indication light will be on.
2. Please read the controller instrument for controller operation.
3. Turn on the light function if needed.
4. There will be one minute and a half delay if the breakpoint protection starts. The cooling compressor will be restarted in 1 min and a half.
Precaution of using the illumination incubator:
1. The incubator should be adequately grounded.
2. The incubator should be put on the stable ground if in use and should be put in cool, dry, and ventilated places after use. Try to avoid direct sunlight.
3. To ensure effective heat dissipation of the condenser, the incubator should be kept at least 10 cm from the wall. If possible, 15 cm is an ideal distance. The side wall of the incubator should be kept at a distance of at least 50 mm, and 300 mm from the top wall.
4. Try to handle carefully during transportation and avoid shock. The inclined angle should be less than 45 degrees.
5. Please check the fuse if the instrument does not work.
6. When the incubator works in cooling mode, the environmental temperature should be no more than 25 ℃.
